RATS Tourniquet Pouch with or without RATS Tourniquet

This pouch securely holds a RATS Tourniquet in a convenient Velcro pouch.  This pouch has soft sided loop on one side, hook on the other, with a webbing closure on the end.  This pouch can be placed anywhere hook and loop Velcro is located, and can be pocket carried as well.  This pouch can be belt mounted or routed through a strap for attachment, via the strap on the back side of the pouch.
