Compatibility and Battery Care
Use only in equipment designed to accept protected 21700 lithium-ion cells. These batteries are larger than 18650 and 18350 cells and are not interchangeable with them.
Verify compatibility before installation and use a charger appropriate for rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. Do not use batteries with damaged wraps, exposed metal, or other visible damage.
Sales and Arrival Issues
All battery sales are final.
If a battery arrives damaged or defective, including failure to accept its first charge or a problem during its first charge/discharge cycle, contact SierraTac within 14 days of receiving your order so we can address the issue.
